1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context expressly indicates otherwise:

• "e98nn," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the e98nn online gaming website operated at e98nn.org and all associated services, applications, and features made available therein.
• "Player," "User," "you," or "your" refers to any natural person who accesses, registers, or uses the e98nn platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a Player on e98nn, through which the Player may deposit funds, place wagers, and claim bonuses.
• "Balance" or "PKR Wallet" refers to the Pakistani Rupee-denominated funds held in a Player's Account, inclusive of real-money deposits and any bonus credits where applicable.
• "Games" refers collectively to all live casino games, slot titles, cricket betting markets, Plinko, Queen of Bounty, and any other wagering products offered on e98nn from time to time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total w agering amount a Player must complete before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to e98nn is restricted by applicable law or platform policy.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the e98nn website, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you irrevocably acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand their contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the e98nn platform and close your Account if one has already been created. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3 Eligibility & Age Restriction

2. You must be a natural person — corporate entities and automated bots may not register Accounts.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of e98nn services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions apply to registration and account management:

• Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether using the same identity, email address, phone number, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and active Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.
• e98nn reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) checks at any stage. You may be required to submit a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, or payment method ownership documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by e98nn may result in Account suspension.
• Account registration constitutes your representation that all information provided is truthful and that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
• e98nn reserves the right to refuse or revoke Account registration at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. e98nn strongly recommends the following security practices:

• Use a unique, strong password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your Account security settings.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Log out of your Account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify e98nn support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

e98nn shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account — including wagers placed and withdrawals requested — is deemed to be authorised by you unless you have notified e98nn of a security breach prior to such activity.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

e98nn supports Pakistani Rupee (PKR) transactions through the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Deposits: All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. e98nn reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) typically process within one (1) business day. USDT TRC20 withdrawals process subject to blockchain confirmation times.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Currency: All Account balances are held and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). USDT transactions are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
• Anti-Money Laundering: e98nn maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Deposits may not be withdrawn without being used for genuine gameplay. Depositing funds without playing and then requesting withdrawal may be treated as a suspicious activity and investigated accordingly.

e98nn reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, source of funds checks, or resolution of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

e98nn offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and cricket betting credits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed identity verification and are in good standing with e98nn.
• Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement that must be completed in full before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds and real-money funds are held separately in your Account. Real-money funds are used first for wagering unless the active promotion specifies otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion. Claiming multiple simultaneous bonuses without written authorisation from e98nn constitutes a violation of these Terms.
• e98nn reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without notice, including where evidence of bonus abuse or irregular wagering patterns is detected.
• Bonus offers are subject to a maximum cashout amount where specified. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum derived from Bonus Funds will be removed from the Player's Account.

8 Gameplay Rules

All games offered on e98nn — including live casino tables, slot machines, Plinko, Queen of Bounty, and cricket betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or market interface. In addition, the following platform-wide gameplay rules apply:

• All bets must be placed with sufficient real-money or bonus funds in your Account. e98nn does not extend credit to Players under any circumstances.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed. Players are responsible for reviewing their bet selections before confirming.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round or sporting event, e98nn will take reasonable steps to resolve the outcome fairly. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined, the affected round or bet may be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Account.
• e98nn uses certified random number generation (RNG) for all slot and non-live table games. RNG certification details are available on request from our support team.
• For cricket and sports betting markets, settlement is based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL fixtures). e98nn's settlement decision is final in all cases.
• Maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface and may be adjusted by e98nn at any time.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the e98nn platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all Account balances:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent point;
• Creating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or a false identity;
• Using another person's Account, payment method, or identity without authorisation;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or markets on e98nn;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any such exploitation must be reported to e98nn support immediately, and any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the e98nn platform;
• Abusing e98nn's customer support team through harassment, threats, or offensive language;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any element of the e98nn platform.

e98nn cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Pakistan and internationally. Any Account suspected of facilitating criminal activity will be reported to relevant authorities and all funds held pending investigation.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the e98nn platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, game assets, logos, trademarks, brand names, website design, text, and data — is the intellectual property of e98nn or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the e98nn platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any e98nn content without prior written consent;
• Use the e98nn name, logo, or brand materials in any commercial context;
• Create derivative works based on e98nn's platform, games, or design;
• Frame or mirror any portion of e98nn on another website without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of e98nn's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by e98nn.

11 Responsible Gaming

e98nn is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. We believe that gambling should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we provide the following tools to help Players maintain control of their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately upon activation.

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or network issues;
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the e98nn platform;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security;
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by payment providers, banking institutions, or blockchain network congestion;
• Loss or corruption of data resulting from circumstances beyond e98nn's reasonable control.

The e98nn platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate game outcomes, we do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components at all times.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit e98nn's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which e98nn is incorporated.

Any disputes arising from your use of the e98nn platform that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute within thirty (30) days of written notice before initiating formal proceedings.

You acknowledge that Pakistani law may impose restrictions on online gambling activity.
